The Start Of An Adventure
A loud crash, that startled me so badly I shot up out of my slumber and onto my paws. The ground shook from under me cuasing me to struggle in keeping my balance. I dashed outside and to my surprise I see a meteor shooting across the sky before disappearing. The grounder rumbled under my paws once more. I start to walk forward but a heavy mist surrounded me. A white figure that seem to glisten and soon I knew who it was "M-mother...?" I question some what stunned by seeing her. "Is it really you?" I didn't think I would see her here on earth. She smiled and nodded "My daughter... I have been worried about you.." She said in a heavenly voice. "There is no need to worry about me mother..." I shook my head "Wha-" I was cut off "You have been doubting yourself... Why do you Doubt your ability?" She asked with her brows pulled in. I look down, she could always tell when I began to worry.
" Mother how am I meant to be a Demi God if the pride I help love the sun, the beach? How is a Demi God of Snow and Mist any use to them? What if I am not worthy of them?" I asked and look down. She frowned at me almost angrily. "You have no right to have these issues and you are under valuing yourself. You are my Daughter, you are their Demi God. You are a protector and you can't be pouting in the mountains no more!" The Moon Goddess scolded her daughter. and signed "Fret not dear child, for I know what you need.... Have you seen the Meteor I have sent?" she asked and Ahu nodded and looked past her mother. Curiosity had peeked her interest "Why have you sent it?" She asked with her ears dropped.

"I sent you this, becuase inside this meteor is a piece of the Northern Star...Once attacked to your scarf you will have the ability to levitate.. though the higher the altitude the longer you can stay in the air. You can only get this piece of the northern star if you can complete three trails that I have set before you."How will I know where these trials are or what they are?" Ahu asked a little nervous. "They will come to you, you just make your way to the Snow cap mountains and all will make sense. You will find adventure and danger but you will need to do these in order to understand." The moon Goddess said and began to fade. "Wait what if I cant!!" Ahu panicked as she ran forward to grab her mother. By the time her paws reached where she was, her mother was just mist. Her mothers voice broke though the mist "Then you will no longer be my daughter..." She said almost sadly and then she was gone.

Ahu looked towards the forest then back to her warm cozy den....What was she going to do?
