Every Journey Starts With a Single Step...
I took in a deep breath, I was not going to let my mother down and so with that I took the first step of many into the forest. I was a bit worried, I has never been to the mountain in which the meteor had hit but what could go wrong? My heart was racing as I continued forwards and my eyes darted around as she tried to stay alert and ready. Who know where these trails would come from and in what forum that they would take.

My legs kept moving and the farther I went the more relaxed I became and my guard fell. Maybe there would be a sign or some sort of announcement. Maybe my mother would be there to tell me about the first trail...Though trails are meant to be challenging right?
I heard about other trails there where dangerous and deadly but she rather doubted my mother would actually send me into danger on purpose that could potential kill me.

I was rather lost in thought by the time I stumbled upon the meadow that open up in front of me. Among the snow and green grass sat a rabbit, it was so white that it almost blend into the snow around me. I tilted her head.... "Aww how cute" I said with a heart warming feeling rush over me...
