Life here is rather quiet, and I like that. Though on occation I may put some soft jazz on or the ocation radio station. I love to read out here in the evening and sometimes find I'm in the dark quicker then exspected. Each morning though I come out here and tend to it, makeing sure each flower is taken care off and pesky weeds are put in thier place. I also like to make sure the humming bird feeder is full, I love to watch humming birds and sometimes give them names. The General is very proud and likes to paturol all three of the feeders I have, makeing her other males dont eat from them. Though he loves to have his lady firends around.
The Happiest Place on Earth
The one things that makes Faline the happiest in life is her garden and watching things grow and florish. It was a place in which she felt like she had control in the changes happening and what grew in her little safe haven. The garden is a place in which she can escape and enjoy her ice tea, afternoon naps and what ever company that came to visit her. There are many things that make up her garden in Gorgia and keeps her at peace.
The story behind her garden is nothing to unique but something that she holds dear to her. The plantation in which is now hers was once her grandmothers, and not knowing her parents spent her childhood here. It was the loss of her parents that cuase her to become frighten on change, and yet her grandmother did everything in her ability to make Faline accept change as a natural part of nature.
The Garden is what taught her the lesson of change, or close to it and Faline and her grandmother spend many days in this garden, planting, tea parties, birthdays and spring showers. Faline dosen't just spend time in the garden becuase its soothing but helps keep her close to her now past grandmother.
